| matrix has alsorts in it besides grit , i use it all year round altho it is quite expensive.......... |

| been using it for yrs...all birds seem to love it,almost get mugged for it when i put it in,so i only use sparingly as they would gorge on it. |

| ok if you can do it sean, ive tried the stuff people have "copied" the ingrediants of matrix and its absolutely sh**e.......and they are selling it to fanciers who are buying it. |

| murray and mills copied it and made their own, they sell it for the same price but in 6kg tubs and its rubbish..........theres more to matrix than grit, pink minerals and aniseed. pm me your info please sean. |

|  I must admit to buying matrix, however it really is a clever con but still good. Basically everyone who uses it says how much the birds love it and finish it off but thats only because it is full of small seed, and we all know how much the birds love seed. So I buy a bucket of it then mix twice as much natural grit with it, then spray the whole lot with more aniseed oil so the normal grit gets a bit over it and mix it all together, that way I get lots for the money. |
