| i got this tip to use this for y/b sickness the lad told me he had y/b sickness last year and used this for it he cleaned all corn up and said that he treated for 24hrs and that after they where flying well again he said dont race or train for a week and after that his young ins flew very well

It has DEFRA approval against foot and mouth disease, general orders and diseases of poultry and is proven to be effective against parvovirus, canine hepatitis and feline enteritis.
Main Features
•Highly active •Based on potentiated peroxy compounds •Controls viruses, bacteria, fungi, yeast and mould •Kills bacteria in areas of high organic soiling •Economical dilution rate •Container can be resealed and provided with measuring scoop
Uses Gemexol can be used in veterinary practices, kennels, agricultural areas and equestrian environments. It is also suitable for aerial fogging while livestock are in situ, the continuous sanitation of livestock drinking water and soaking items such as clothes and bedding.
Directions for Use
•Routine disinfecting – after pre-cleaning housing, floors, surfaces and equipment, use 50 grams of Gemexol per 15 litres of water (0.3% solution) and apply via a pressure washer at low pressure or knapsack sprayer •For use against viruses – dissolve 50 grams of Gemexol in five litres of warm water (1% solution). For use against parvovirus, dissolve 100 grams of Gemexol per five litres of water (2% solution) •For use against bacteria – dissolve 50 grams of Gemoxol in up to 25 litres of water (0.2% solution) •Soak objects for no more than 30 minutes. This is the maximum necessary contact time – over exposure should be avoided.
Always maintain a good standard of occupational hygiene when handling chemicals.

| Good info G from Sean, but as Darren said sounds a lot like Virkon S. That's what we used when I worked in Biosecurity, cleaning and fogging chicken sheds, poultry farmers even used to dilute it and spray the young chickens with it. |
