i used to use it years ago, what put me off was when you have cleaned out and its all loverly and clean they mess it up straight away and its seems a waste of time if you know what i mean, where as the bedding i use now no need to do floors for months at a time

I have always used lime on my floors for years, however last year i tried harkers loft treatment and its loverly, I noticed lately they have changed it from pure white powder to a mint smelling sandy stuff, not quite as good but I mix it with lime now not quite 50/50 ..and its great just brush it around after scraping and leaves the floor dry and smelling nice. I think its really good to do if used sparingly and not left to blow all over the place.

i use loft white but the thing is dont leave too much down when you sweep it up........as it canbe quite dusty, especially if the ventilation isnt as good as it should be like mine and when you thinkthe birds will be breathing it in its not good for them...
