The N.E.H.U race from Melton Mowbray 21/4/2012 was won by Peel bros of South Shields, they took 1st club 1st fed, also taking 2nd and 4th club and 15 of the 25 birds clocked in the club......well done Peel brothers.

its going to get a lot worse, been reading about bop probs, some arent or only just started letting birds out, some 1st day out lost to bop

thats a shame, the BOP situation is out of control now

we lost our first baby the other day to BOP, had them out with old hens and had 4 missing for over 4 hours eventually saw the 2 old hens return, dropped and run/hide under shed, 1 x yb came back next day and other baby never seen again

seen a hen hawk flying over lofts a few times but havent heard/seen any attacks on birds

HAD MY BIRDS IN FOR WEEKS NOW because of breeding, but will be letting them exercise again soon when they have stopped rearing.......... No dreading it really because i know the hawks will be out in force again.

took ets to club for upgrades, guy wont do it till i get a letter from guy, giving permission who i bought ets and rings off, guy has been in hospital heart probs cutting down on birds, still wont sort clock

yes it is steve, they all look lovely baskets too.....its a shame he doesnt live nearer to us. No altho i once bought a basket off ebay and the p&p was only about 8-10 pound i think so isnt a lot, i wonder if i send him a message he would post them..... scratch
