What do you guys use if you want to mark an egg? Say if you wanted to slip just one egg under another bird.

Odiously not a permanent marker or anything with a solvent in it.

I want to take just one egg from two of our racing pairs and put them under one of our 'Feeder' pairs.

Actually never done it. Pencil mark perhaps.
Yes, Google tries to correct me on the spelling!
