| I decided to follow another fanciers feeding system they had given me, it consisted of building them up during the week, then breaking them down upon arrival from the race, then feeding high protein the day after to start building back up for the following week.
at first it sent them off form and it took a week or two until I started going up the sheet again, whereas the first race when fed on Gerry plus I would have took the first 6 places in the club but they wouldn't trap....this is why I decided to change feeding. |

| versele laga junior plus is a great mix for ybs a bit of everything in it and not too heavy I raced well on it with ybs from 60 - 200 miles I like to get them on a feed and keep them their don't like to chop and change with ybs but do give a energy mix for last feed if it looks a stiff race from 100+ miles |

| I use Economix. Local stuff. 12% protein. Then add safflower, bits of other stuff. Once or twice a week give them 23 essential vitamins and minerals. In the water. See pic. |
