Midweek race anyone

We are away to Newbury for a midweek on Wednesday, any one else got one for Wednesday, going to send some ,about half the team, probably all cocks as some of the hens are sitting or starting to lay

glad to hear your sending in the mid week roy, where is it from and how many you planning on sending...?

Newbury David, 116 miles, weather looks good for Wednesday so am going to send, think it will be about 10/12 mostly cocks, let them out this morning after yesterday's race and they're ripping up the sky, so look to be hitting some form, I hope

no mid week racing in our district roy atb for the race we will be settling for a few 40 mile tosses this week

We are at the same place Roy. I am not sending though as i only knew about the race on saterday afternoon so i did not train the birds i am going to send this weekend. Good luck though Roy hope you get a winner and good returns

I was going to miss this one myself John, but the forecast for Wednesday is good, the forecast for Sunday is bad, so they go midweek and have a break the week end

Cancelled , bad weather for tomorrow apparently, forecast we have from Newbury all the way down is good up until evening, oh well, hope Sunday is better

Good man "hedges cut". Nothing a wife likes more   than a worker slave type, that full fills his duties David .  

I used to like mid week racing - I haven't done many but I think they are a really good idea.

Well the weather has been great, sunny this morning, cloudy this afternoon and no sign of bad weather, Sunday looks to be bad so see if they call it off for this week end
