Knackered just wondering, here we know east wind not so good but otherside of the globe, with you being upside down is our east wind really your west wind or is east still a bad thing in oz?

Was clear skies and warm … Wife said 'A Chill in the wind'. I said ' Good, just what I like. Ideal for walking the woods and fields etc … except its going to rain so'!
The an hour later it poured down. Still on and off with strange whimsical clouds amongst a dark and overcast sky now!

East is East Barnie no matter what part of the globe one may live etc I suggest. Difference here to most parts, we fly 4/5 differant lines on a yearly rotation as such. West/Nth west/North & North east & for a bit of water sport & fun     we turn them dead South for our pond type races which is 150 miles of ocean to fly over on a good day & on a bad day I'm   they all may finish up down in the Antartic type of thing . Now     it just so happens we are on the North East track this season     & after last weeks performance here for all with a tail wind, today with a east wind they most probably will finish up in the next country in your situation or what here I would term Adelaide territory, being 400 odd miles from home in the worst case scenario    . Final snippet     1000 odd birds lost here last week & talking to the Fed ring secretary last night at basketing only 5/6 reported from the race unfortunately. So     maybe, a lot of fat falcons/hawks & foxes it appears    .

Easy, easy answer. Because we can Hal Each to their own type of thing but for the average type flyer here it would be as boring as s***e  & frustrating, just flying the one line year in & year out so to speak & besides also with such a large area in our Fed here it gives different people a chance at times, when the winds blows in a different type direction on race day as such with the different lines we fly/have.
