over the last week my loft has seemed very damp, probably because its not stopped raining for nearly a week, or maybe because I leave the doors open with my wire secondary doors to let fresh air in, maybe its making it damp...? any thoughts, its never been like this before.....

Rain all day here. Birds go in the aviaries to open their wings and enjoy it. Just above freezing. Would love a 100% dry loft or lofts. Depending on the wind all get damp at times. Never a problem.

on misty or damp days I keep the loft closed david I actually check the weather daily to see if they can be left open and any chance of rain then I leave the doors shut as theirs adequate ventilation when their shut up also very dark cloudy days theirs a lot of moisture in the air so again the loft doors stay closed but ample ventilation anyway
