| Oh, how things change, eh! When they first started, friends etc. gave them a great write up. Seems too that they became very well thought of and reliable. They shone as beacons to get the trade...
Sadly, as so often the case when achieving what they wanted, the desire to please fades. The attitude changes to from 'We do care and want to provide a good, if not, great service. Be assured we do care'.
Now they have a name and regularly work etc. so it may well be the case, as it so often is 'Look we are trying to cater for very many fanciers, and we get overstretch from time to time (very trying it seems). The case being of 'if they don't get the job another company will... and might do a better job! they might be better even! Best not let any slip through the net …So tap dance, fob them off till we can fit them in.
At days end - if that is the case - it would be better to say 'Sorry, we can't help at present. So could say like 'It is better to be truthful up front. We feel its better to say sorry now than to let you down later. However, please always give us a chance in the future to satisfy your needs'.
However, the truth is that they often get swamped. Indeed even too big for their' boots and start to believe that they are be all, and the end all and the fancier will have to suck it up... after all, they will be back … if not so what we have plenty on to keep us going. |

| Scared! and don't want you to go else where. Not even the once in case to have a good service or such and stay with them in future. Success means growth. Growth till an expansion is needed. But not always affordable or practical for a short term. Extra costs not meriting a seasonal happening … dead months of money. |
