When you plug the freezer in George is there a yellow or red warning light lit up ?. Would look up the make and see the possible problems. If it was working normally before the electricty was cut off cannot see it being a major problem. Regards. |

| The only damage a surge in electricity would do George is blow the fuse, could not harm the freezer.
We have secondary fuses to our appliances whose fuses go first before getting to the fuse in the plug to the appliance.
My son fitted them, they have a red light to show they are working.
Regards.

Job done. The units my son fitted fuses go first and you just lift out a little square piece and the fuse is changed in a few seconds. Hated changing fuses in plugs and you know straight away it is the fuse that has gone Glad problem solved. Regards. |

| Makes sense to claim if you qualify.
What narks me is that they tax state pension's if over the basic allowance.
Those who paid large amount of SERPs, (Government pension scheme) now find having to pay tax on it even if the only source of income,
No mention was made that it would be taxable at the time.
Think it could be legally challenged.
Theives.
Regards.

| disgusting what the government are doing, they are stealing off those who have paid into the system all their lives, they used to do it on the sly , now they are blatant with it, they do not care what the public think of them ........and they have the cheek to demonise china, russia etc . |
