awful hard day, lots missing off yesterday. some big winners out at some lofts, one of those days. 6/8 for us, but well back, probably about 12th. Big gaps between returns.

Was hoping for better for you barnie but no one can cope with what the weather throws at them.

Think in early races better to bring them back rather than liberate.

We do not know why George or we could do something about it maybe.

Suggested many times trying several different experiments but when you are dealing with the RPRA you waste your time.

Few loses bad for the commercial boys, the RPRA not capable of doing anything sensible so matters go on as is.

There has always been losses but they have got out of hand year on year.

Many years agp there was not the technology available today that could as I have suggested know where every pigeon in a race ended up and how it got there.

Need not even be a race just several experiments in different conditions.

But all the RPRA like is cosy meetings that result in Raptor Alliances and Hall reports, and we know how successful they were.

Watch viewing figures go up George.

The homing instinct will not change George.

It will or maybe affected by man's advance in all kinds of technology some of which I am sure we are not aware of.

The only real change in pigeons from my youth to today is 99% are drug dependant in one way or another, vacination being a prime example.

Losses today need dealing with, the pigeons in my youth were winning near their teens, today yearlings are put to stock and young sold off them.

No real comparison.

got a chap coming to-day to screw 4 legs on the sofa to raise it up in my day he was a labourer to-day he is called a technician

sounds reasonable George must always remember he more than likely now has a university type degree of sorts these days to gain the skill somehow too be able to do it as such .

If flyers are bleeding there etc Colin with their general losses apparently      perhaps 12th & 6 home from 8 as such not so bad, maybe.
