My friend two doors away has cut ours for many years, the hedges also he has just had a bad hospital experience and then his wife is now in intensive care after falling down the stairs, so has far more important matters to attend to.

Had a go myself with a trimmer, have not got a mower, looks like a recently harvested corn field, the seed from the bird table have taken hold and think there is some very interesting varieties of plant life.

same here misty more wild flowers all from the corn pigeons leave more small seed they don't seem to like

i have corn growing in the garden all the time, when i give clean water in the loft i throw the old out on the plants, sometimes there`s corn in the water bowl so it starts growing in the soil .....

If from same loft George and hen and cock, maybe best bet pair them together.

Get some photos on George please, including ones of the eyes, good eyes according to theory usually run in families.

Think they must be well bred think your fried only buys from who he thinks are the best.

was hard struggling on my own george, we have it in a small room off the kitchen and it wasnt easy getting it our and through the kitchen but i did it .....now just cleaning down before the new one goes in......she even wanted me to emulsion the room before hand but i`ll pass on that .

i have a sack truck which i find very handy

Unplugged our freezer, just keep the ridge on.

My wife always had the freezer full and by the time you had defrosted and
used the electricity to cook the food along with the running of the freezer
it is cheaper to buy as wanted and just use the fridge.
