Its about time the R.S,P,B was sent a bill of £50 when a pigeon gets caught by a raptor I beleive the rpra did bring out a law of £50 for killing a raceing pigeon back in about the 60es

hi ginger, i know its an offence to kill a racing pigeon by shooting it...........person can be fined. but i would like to know who gave this "charity" powers to fine/inprison anyone who kills a bop etc ? and also who gave them authourity to do as they please re hawks/bops releasing them into the general public....?
