Same problem with all OL races George.

Had a look at a few results from all over the world, all have the same problems of high losses.

Think it is impossible to do the best health wise for all the pigeons comming from all over the place, often different parts of the world, many may be carrying all different health problems.

Can see no real answer other than when you enter you know it is a lottery and you are willing to buy a ticket.

Pigeons in general I'm a by product issue there Misty from my perspective here all about money in the end. Brave man that would say I suggest, that the health & welfare side of the birds in these type of races on average was the only focus etc.
