was always under the impression that we should treat two weeks before pairing ? sure it says so on the tablets and have read/heard others do it this way...... |

| It is just my opinion but i always treated when the hens had laid the second egg as any treatment can knock the pigeon about |

| i,ve been looking at my hens for tha last 3 weeks or so,of which have access to a 12 foot aviary 24 hours a day.some of them stay in there all night,i know this because i have been down all hours to check on them, false alarms with my security stystem, anyway i,ve noticed that the hens are in much better condition than the cocks of which i lock up at tea time. i know a bloke who does this with all his birds and they to are in fantastic condition,so should we all do the same and does it make any differance at all.what your views on this anybody |
