Hi David im in agony today and been up most of the night. To make matters worse all the drinkers were frozen this morning. I need to have a re-think about some design faults in my loft. Trying to pick the iced up drinker up off the floor was not a ideal today.
Look like i have to get my thinking cap on ( OH MY POOR BRAIN CELL) lol! lol! lol! lol! lol!

PostSubject: Re: treatment of birds   treatment of birds - Page 4 EmptyFri Jan 01, 2010 7:22 pm

i,ve been looking at my hens for tha last 3 weeks or so,of which have access to a 12 foot aviary 24 hours a day.some of them stay in there all night,i know this because i have been down all hours to check on them, false alarms with my security stystem, anyway i,ve noticed that the hens are in much better condition than the cocks of which i lock up at tea time. i know a bloke who does this with all his birds and they to are in fantastic condition,so should we all do the same and does it make any differance at all.what your views on this scratch anybody
