But am already having moans from a miserable old Tw*t next door, whom I have just threatened to knock out. But hey It's a nice day.
I won't let him spoil it.

ah right, didnt know if you was putting one of those fancy tiled ones on.........

i remember a couple of years ago my yb section sprung a leak, within days it got worse so it seemed like there was no roof on.........i re did the whole loft roof with green mineral and bitumen glue and touch wood its been great ever since...........

I can't be doing doing with them fancy roofs, more trouble than their worth. We had a bit of a leaky roof at the allotment and we used that bitumen paint stuff, it was good tackle, it never leaked again.
