first time out

  Well I let my birds out for first time, It was over a week cos we didnt get the avairy finished till now.   Anyway got them out early this morning.they just stayed on the roof of aviary then flew onto floor walked about. They didnt not come back in through the trap door one did another flew on to it but did not land well. They came in through the door.
Anyway it was a relief that they stayed close   ,   I was really worried about letting them out.

How long should I let them out for each day   

keep um hungry 30 mins max at first don't feed all day until back into loft after exercise best to let ybs out after 6 pm first few times good luck
