was me mick lol Mick it was Gary Burguss who started the Manuka Honey post of as he said how good it was Sorry Ian Gary up in scotland uses it but will say it is very expensive |

| Ian just seen the price pity you we can't get it on a prescription i remember as a child my father would send mum down to the health centre for orange juice and codliver oil we as kids had the juice and the pigeons had the codliver oil george |
