| Any more details George, as this is not on the banned substance list and caffeine does occur naturally in many products, or similar substances in many plant extracts etc that are used as herbal tonics and tinctures. RPRA Rule 199 appendix G, Paragraph 2.
2. The use in pigeons of the following are strictly forbidden: ANABOLIC STEROIDS, BETAAGONISTS, CORTICO STEROIDS, ANTI-INFLAMMATORY NON-STEROIDS, OPIATES, ANALGESICS, PERFORMANCE ENHANCING STIMULANTS, SYNTHETIC HORMONES, ANY DRUG FOUND TO BE PERFORMANCE ENHANCING PLUS ANY SUBSTANCE WHICH MAY BE USED IN AN ATTEMPT TO MASK THE ABOVE.
Versele-Laga Supra Pills, herbal velocity pills to improve the performance of Racing Pigeons.
INDICATIONS: - Versele Laga Supra Pills are a selection of natural herbs that give an extra lash to make the pigeons fly even faster. - Supra Pills contain cola nut and fenugreek. The cola nut is a natural source of caffeine and theobromin, two natural stimulants. - Fenugreek is rich in iron and copper, whereby it can improve performance.
COMPOSITION: - Juniperi fructus pulv. - Colae semen pulv. - Trogonella foenigraece sem. pulv. - Aloe pulv. - Anisi sem. pulv. - Salviae fol. pulv.
Theobromine is an alkaloid belonging to the methylxanthines. The structure of theobromine is similar to that of caffeine.
There has to be more to it than this mate. |

| Cant see Versele-Laga producing a product that would contain substances on the banned list. |

| What does get me is the amount of caffeine found in these tests its only 400 out of a billion. How the hell can this be a banning offence. I think the RPRA need to start laying down some proper guidelines as what can and cannot be used. Instead of advertising products in their publications. Taking the money for the advertisements and then banning members for using um. |

| i cant see any reason why it should be banned, ok you hear the old wives tale about drinking coffee late at nice keeps you awake, but as far as it being a performance enhancer im suprised at that........... |
