in my old club you got banned if you let your birds out on race day and anyway like you all say its bad sportsmanship to let them out when they are due back and if anybody did that to me i would make sure i did the same to them the next week

clock oppening is usually an hour after first bird or when race is over depending on the length of race and how hard the race is

it must also be hard if fanciers keep their birds on allotments anyway, i would emagine it would be a nightmare even exercising during the day with everyone with their birds out.....especially when settling ybs. alien

do you think it could be because there are loads of others to keep them back from going too far before they are ready ? when i had none flying out it was hard to settle the early ones as you know......now ive some flying round its easier and i havnt lost any newcomers since...
