yes too right, you werent a member when the other camera was on steve.....a pair of pigeons had moved into the bop box and layed eggs, they were sitting them for a couple of weeks and then all of a sudden the camera went off....when it came back on the pigeons had gone and i think the rspb had got them removed and killed.......

heres a great one for you lads, went to the worchester nest cam, saw a comment saying oh what a rare site seeeing perigrines. So I posted a comment saying how foolish the rspb are , when they say where have all the cuckoos and song birds gone, well I can tel them in the perigrine nest cam. And guess what it came back ..we will post the comment as soon as we check it fro relevancy and accuracy, so basicall we are being censored, no free speach, no opinons on there just what they want to see, all comments that dont suit are deleted, Fxcking liberty if you ask me I got a good mind to complain to the cam peope.

i was just reading the dead percy topic and it sort of veered off the topic[always does lol] and a comment was made as tothe homing instincts of a feral, well when i was a kid [many moons ago]i saved a feral chick from the pest control at our school the mother had nested on a drain out side the window any way me being me i hand reared it and it was a fine looking feral ,a bit of a light chequer it followed me every where but my mother said its shitting all over the bikes in the shed so it had to go.well im from a strong sunderland supporting family and i would acompany my father to our away games so the bird went to southampton vs sunderland game and i let it out the box guess who came back 3 days later ? yep lads it came back every time up and down country i eventually gave it to a bloke who we called the pigeon man and he couldnt settle it ,it just came looking for me then one day it dissapeared and i think my dad necked it to keep mother happy those things happened in the old days lol

sorry posted without finishing by mistake...as I was sayingI used to get streeters, and one day I went up to a nest in the attic of an old shed and found a beautifull dark chequer pied streeter just about to be weened, I caught it and brought it home, I kept it in and tried to settle it with my other youngsters but it disapeared, about a week later I went back to the docks and there with my plastic ring on was the streeter pied, It had gone back about 4 miles to the docks to the shed, and it had never been out of the attic as when I collected it it was too small to fly.
