Rivers of blood eh!
We are responsible for such in Irag, Libya, Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen, etc, etc, Argentina and many more etc. Cities torn to pieces and the blood of innocent women and kids, maimed and murdered flowing down the streets like 'Rivers of Blood'... Yet still every day we bomb, maimed and kill innocence. Yes the likes of Powell' with his evil and lying speeches in no way helped! No more than a despicable 'Churchill' with words of hatred and actions to merit the horrors.
So there is the real 'Rivers of blood' ... None here! Well not yet!

It may just be prudent to come up to date with our present and recently past bunch.


Blaire, along with his "FRIENDS" are as big a bunch of cretins as in any in the past.


The present political parties have deviants, liars, thieves (expenses and other matters) along with those who have no concept of democracy in their midst, many with no concept of just what their responsibilities are.


The liars and cheats actually found out will be just a small number of those actually involved, and cover ups are as normal as breathing to those in positions to sort matters out.


There is no time in history when the leaders and their side kicks have not been involved in matters they should never have contemplated even considering.


The fact is that there is no way to satisfy or be fair to all in any country, it is humanly impossible.


We in this country have been very lucky but the luck appears to be running out.

looked into what daz said regarding powell being one of those who invited/ campaigned for them to come here, and he is right..........it was after the war when we were short of workers due to our young men being slaughtered for our governments wars.

its possible he may not have expected the numbers we got, or the numbers they would multiply into, or its possible he may have expected those who came to eventually return home.

Enoch parents were mixed immigrant's I believe. Indian and Hungarian. They changed names etc. and became nationalise British.

Many, later in life, will have heard tale regards the 'Rivers of Blood'! I asked my wife, and  she hadn't the foggiest!

Now take three 10 year old children. One in say mid Surry. One in Iraq and one say in Syria.

A small percentage in Surry might well says 'I think so... Maybe it was my dad talking to his dad'!
So second part of the question 'Do you know where it is'!?  An answer would mostly like be 'Is it part of the Thames... '!

Ask the 10 year olds in Iraq or Syria - and many other place the same question as they come off the land fill competing with seagulls and rats, or squeezing sewage to get some moisture to drink. lost and homeless and no family or friends... Killed by needless bombings to gain power and money! They'd probably say 'Oh yeah'! AND CRY.  

'Well do you know where they are'?

Have once again read Powell 's speech.

Could not reconcile the comments made with the actual contents as I recalled, and it is so.


There is nothing whatsoever in the speech that is not factually based.


There is nothing in the speech that has not become a reality.


There are regions now where hardly anyone can speak English, the vast majority just prefer their own culture and have no intention of changing.


The Muslims pay lip service but teach their children otherwise and would like their own law, which would result in a few sore heads etc;


The prospect of immigrants and their offsprings becomming the majority is more of a certainty than a possibility as the immigrants appear to have large families.


Many of our streets are no go areas, knife crime, out of control, child abuse, mainly by immigrant origination, crime of all kinds rampant.


All as Powell predicted.
