| david i always breed one young bird off all my race team as i think if they are good enough to race then there good enough to take a youngbird off had many agood bird off widowhood cocks |

| yes ian, i dont see why not......they are bred off stock birds most likely so the same blood is there. ive got 9 pairs of birds to breed from plus i can swap around a bit for another round as ive got spare hens as well.......im going to float eggs from what i consider to be my best birds as some of the others im not really wanting ybs from. |

steve, i was planning on seperating the 2010 ybs when it was clear if they were cocks and hens and also have them on the dark......i was advised by a friend that it is also possible to fly them on roundabout as young birds which i am considering doing, with widowhood nest boxes in their own section of the loft. |

| only raced natural, but will be sorting some cocks next year to race widowhood in 2011 |
