This Flu bug going round is a killer

felt dizzy sunday evening, stayed in bes all day monday, was just sweating and then felt cold and visa versa, the aches and pains have been unbelievable
Had to get up yesterday to feed and water the birds and same today exc ept I jad to ring some.
Just having this brew and then back to my sick bed

Managed Kiwi fruits and Lucozade that's been it..
Today has been the longest I been up but am away back to my bed shortly.

it will take its time.
I was the same had to feed the birds and strait back to bed.
felt like shit at the time.

ive had it twice bed was best thing bones were killing me just drains you ya cant eat naff all shifts it got to man it out

I know g, one minute your sweating like a pig, the next your shivering like you were standing in the Antarctic in yer boxers, your right is the aches in your bones that does it its horrendous. Ive had two solid days in bed now, now its time to get my arse into gear.

you havnt time to be i`ll gaz, get that loft sorted...............

I know mate, it;'ll be a while off now before I'm doing any loft building this has really taken its toll

Three oldies in my Mrs nursing home have sadly succumbed to it.
