Eyesign Show...?

Here is my entry.

Yes FW. Seems to be.

Don't get me wrong, I know our members are straight forward, honest type but I don't know how you're going to "police" the show? There's loads of close up eyesign images, breeders, racers, the lot, every shade configuration and colour available online. Nothing to stop being copied and entered and saying it's one of your own birds? Maybe just me being cautious?

I know what your saying colin, but I`m one step ahead on this..........I recognised this photo as soon as I saw it in my emails, but I left it at that, but when phil posted the same picture on the forum earlier I decided to investigate my "hunch".

now I know phil is not an eye sign believer, and I know he has ridiculed the eyesign theory......but I am in a quandary as to why he would post this particular eye photo on the forum as his own, is it to somehow make a mockery of our judges ability or to somehow spoil our show, simply because he doesn't believe in it...?

either way, phil will have to wake up very early in the morning to catch me out, I know a scammer from a mile away......

one thing I would like to say re eye sign, is look at one of our judges results this season , flying in a new club, against 2 certain members who have dominated the results for a decade or more, he is the highest prize winner, only racing a small team of birds, and not even sending to every race........so obviously he must know something about what the eye tells him.

Ha ha thought there was a rabbit away...to good an eye for a none beleiver...none so blind as those that cannot see:)

I copied the pic and changed it. But deleted the post. Point is, any one can change an eye to some degree.

Two good eyes.

Right - firstly can I explain - as you all know, I think this eye sign stuff is a load of nonsense.

Secondly, I never said I had taken the photo or that it was one of my birds. In fact - it is an image of "One of the Worlds Best Eye signs" that I Googled for.

I put it up to see what would happen when it was judged. And yes I was out to make a mockery of the whole eye sign theory thing.

What intrigues me David - is how you knew this eye so quickly.

Anyway enough said - I have been caught out and my idea backfired on myself. Don't worry, I won't be doing that again.
