Have any of your fellow club members had the same problem ?.
Hope matters are improving.

firstly well done steve on yer returns m8 and hope you got a good un....now, when they want to send and birds are ill they wont tell you but when they send 12 and dont clock i dont need to ask questions really do i and besides i have a good memory and remember some talk down the club about sick birds i could go down the club tonight and confront but its just not worth it despite feeling that way...had to take another 2 away this morning i thought that would be the case but left it overnight so 4 old birds and 2 squabs ,at present the droppings are improving so i am hopeful no more have to be taken out ...luckily the racers seem to be pulling through and not so bad this afternoon ....fingers crossed eh but i think this will the final nail for me ,will race our few ybs (12) and whatever birds are left old and young can stay as pets or breed a few ybs for one lofts |

| keep your chin up Darren, honestly we've all been down at some time but there's always someone worse off and that's a fact. You put a tidy team together so need to keep them going, keep improving the way that you are. You put a lot of time and effort into these past few years, take a step back and see how the birds pick up. take your time with them, pick their races, see what you have at the end of the year and dust yourself down pal. |

| Could not be better news, perhaps they will feel on top of the world after having a set back and getting over it.

| If you can sprinkle Diatamaceous Earth on the floor you will be surprised at the effects. I beleive you can get it in small packages. I have a 45 lb bag. Use it lightly on the dog cages and lofts. Kills ticks, fleas etc,. Natural product gardeners use. Glad your birds are OK! |

| Any pigeon showing any signs of being off colour at baketing was always declined entry to the race in the clubs I was in.
Could cause (and did) some arguaments but no doubt saved many problems.
Of course a fancier wants to race when he/she has put all the work in but far better to point out that the pigeons are out of order and then the fancier concerned can treat his/her pigeons and have a better chance later on.
No one is going to win with sick pigeons.
Anyone who disagrees is not a pigeon fancier in my mind.
Regards.
