| is the other one loft the yearling one loft ...?
the loft manager flies as himself in a club doesnt he, it might be just he is racing as him self in club races .......?
if it is that he is running his own one loft as well as the rpra one loft, he would have had to get a license from the rpra to run his own, so they would have had to approve him doing it. |

| there is george, anyone who wants to run a one loft race has to have a license and permission off the rpra, so they must have granted it . |

Do not think the RPRA can stop anyone holding a OL Race. Would have to have a Rule that says transfers will only be made to OL holders if they comply with RPRA Rules. A present problem being, what happens if there is no racing ?. OH FOR THE OLD DAYS AND ORANGE BOX LOFTS. Regards. |

| fanciers should have been told there is 2 one loft events being held by the same loft manager at the same location so they could decide for themselves if they wanted to enter under those circumstances remember this is the one loft that took out a hotspot 2 years ago but had well in excess of 30 tosses and some hotspots were held late and last year turned the whole event from north road to south road without asking the view of the entrants ,i am so glad we never entered as this lot are a law unto themselves the rpra will never get another penny from me and glad i am out of the game if i am honest ,should i ever decide to get back into pigeons i would join the nehu |

Regards. we had this a few years ago misty, if a fancier is running a "one loft" and charging an entry fee to pay prize money it had to be registered as such with the rpra, otherwise there can be no entry fee/ prize money and it has to be called a "test loft" . |

| Do not think it would stand up in a test case.
The RPRA do not own the OL title it was used long before they became involved.
Anyone could have a OL race under their own rules.
In my opinion the idea of a OL race is sound, the implications regarding all having an equal chance impossible.
You know what is involved if there is no underhand antics so you either participate or not.
Regards. |

Not everyone looks on Facebook, should have been included in the terms of the OL Race. Cannot see how it can work without a conflict of interests. Too many different possible scenarios. Regards. |

Dread to think of all the possibilities George. Conflict of interests. Quik reduction in numbers helps corn bill and all other matters. The RPRA OL is not regulated as I feel it should be by un-announced visits to ensure no hanky panky, etc; Far, far too many unexplained losses year on year. Regards. |

Look forward to explanation. One question I would ask is, what is the point in having a seperate event from the same site when there is one that is not fully booked ?. Regards. |
