is it still £10 to be an individual member of the rpra george , it was 12 years ago when i restarted with pigeons , before i joined a club ....

no David £12 a year could be £15-18 next year

rpra wages will be going up then, a pay rise for them all ....are they all still working from home ?

ive noticed Jeremy isnt putting any updates on youtube this year, but he`s putting them on the rpra facebook page ........

Does anyone know how many entries there are in the two OLs on the RPRA site?.

Does anyone know how many flying members the RPRA have.

Should be the easiest thing to determine.

there is only one person to blame

i think fanciers who have entered over the last couple of years have seen it go down the nick, the training and racing has been bizarre ........hence less entries this season .

i think the smaller one lofts will do better because they have less birds and are run by someone who its not just a job to them ......

someone became a law unto themselves at the one loft so the trust has now gone so hence the reduction in numbers ,i mean switching from flying north to south without a vote from the entrants or even telling them prior will have done it ...i know a loft that sent 2x 6 ybs every year but they never this year ,you cant get away with such strokes without consequence eh

Think it would be of benefit to limit entries to two per entrant, syndicates also limited to two.

Keep the total entries to around 500 at most, better 400 or even less.

This would give all concerned a better chance of a successful event.

Could also introduce more pools for the money mad.

One thing for sure, if the next one is a disaster, BINGO.

Even the best laid plans can go wrong George.

Taking everything involved in a OL event the possibilities of set backs are far more
prevalent than in a fanciers own loft and we all know how they can be tiresome.

Lets just hope for a good run and all in the final.

Think this season will determine the fate of the sport in the long term.

Looking at the finances it will be the money from the sale of the Reddings that will have to be used to keep things afloat before long.

Strange changing the route and not giving the entrants the chance to vote or withdraw their entries, but then that is why the RPRA is in such a state,

May be a good thing or bad but to do it without consultation debatable.

Cannot see it being illegal George.

On allotments there are lofts within a few yards of each other.

On one allotment all agreed to all flying to the same distances.

Problem as I see it, the RPRA manager owns the other loft being used for the other event.

There are forced to be conflicts of interest in many aspects.

Just cannot understand the whole set up.

Are both flying the same race points ?.

let me rephase that misty i was not made aware there would be 2 lofts and was not given answers to what times each loft would loft fly and train

To honest there I suspect George or your birds were just like mine down here crap, maybe even if they had won at the highest level in the land type of thing, back when.

True thou never reached such dizzy heights here in a pigeon type sense thou Misty I'm   144 at a club level. 50 odd   back when, flyers & 1000 odd birds wasn't out of the ordinary when we started a normal typical season off down here, along with another 2000/2500 odd birds from other clubs members birds in my local centre as such. End of the day       all gone now     cobwebs now rule there type thing, unfortunately.

Just got my BHW George been held up on the motorway.

If a stud cannot produce 350 prize winners over 16 years ?.
