The N.E.H.U race from Melton Mowbray 21/4/2012 was won by Peel bros of South Shields, they took 1st club 1st fed, also taking 2nd and 4th club and 15 of the 25 birds clocked in the club......well done Peel brothers.

taking my ybs off dark tommorrow, younger ones not yet finished moulting......can i keep mthem on or do i need to take them off by now, would it do any harm either way ?

spoke to a good fancier who i know today and he told me just to take them all off togeather, the younger ones will regrow the feathers they have moulted by the time they race but he said they might just look a bit "patchy" like a latebred but would be ok....also told me that if i have electric lights in the loft to put them on to give some extra light at night.....???
